Annual Giving Campaign

The Annual Giving Campaign is the largest revenue source for The Foundation. The campaign kicks off in October with the mailing of the community report and wraps up in May. Around 78% of the District’s families participate in the Annual Giving Campaign by donating cash or stock to The Foundation.

In 2007-2008, the Annual Giving Campaign raised $1,223,000 through individual donations that ranged from $20 to over $25,000.

Join local families, neighbors and friends in support of the Las Lomitas Elementary School District by donating to the Annual Giving Campaign. Take a stand for quality public education for the children in our community.

This year, the Foundation goal is to again raise well over $1 million. If you are a parent, grandparent, business or community member, you will receive a letter in the mail during October and November asking for your support. Community participation is critical to The Foundation’s success. In 2007-2008, over 800 parents, relatives, community members, and businesses donated to the Fund.
