Annual Campaign Co-Chair ​
The Annual Campaign Co-Chair is a champion and advocate of the Foundation that helps:

Coordinate recruitment and assignment of Foundation Ambassadors with Board support

Develop prospective donor lists for families capable of investing $7,500 or more
-
Create marketing strategy to secure matching grants from previous and new investors
-
Schedule and coordinate mailings, challenge grants, phone appeals, and fundraising events

Overview of Responsibilities

Attend weekly 1-hour check-in meetings with LLEF Board and staff via Zoom
-
Work with Leadership Chair(s) to identify and cultivate major gift prospects

Collaborate with Marketing team to develop messaging throughout the campaign year

Partner with operations team to execute comprehensive fundraising strategy
-
Support Foundation Ambassador recruitment and training initiatives

Participate in strategic planning for annual campaign goals and timeline

Time Commitment
-
Spring/Summer: 1-2 hours per week during lighter planning periods
-
August/September: 3-4 hours per week during planning and recruiting phase
-
October-December: 5-8 hours per week during active campaign period
