Leadership Co-Chair ​
The Leadership Co-Chair is a champion and advocate of the Foundation that helps:

Coordinate major gift strategy and cultivation for families capable of investing $7,500 or more
-
Lead Challenge Grant efforts that can raise an additional $50K to motivate broader community investment

Recruit and manage Leadership Foundation Ambassadors for high-level donor cultivation
-
Plan exclusive recognition events that strengthen relationships with top investors​​

Overview of Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment and assignment of Leadership Foundation Ambassadors (typically 10-12 volunteers)

Attend weekly 1-hour check-in meetings with LLEF Board and staff via Zoom
-
Work with AGC Chair(s) and Executive Director to develop prospect lists of families with capacity for major investments

Lead Challenge Grant initiatives to inspire broader Annual Giving Campaign participation
-
Collaborate with Marketing team to develop targeted leadership messaging throughout the year
-
Partner with Donor Recognition chair to plan Leadership Roundtable events and Challenge Grant dinners

Cultivate relationships with current and prospective major gift investors

Time Commitment
-
Spring/Summer: 1-2 hours per week during lighter planning periods
-
August/September: 3-4 hours per week during planning and recruiting phase
-
October-December: 5-8 hours per week during active campaign period
