Leadership & Strategy

Auction Leadership - help make operational and strategic decisions
Solicitation Teams

Solicitation Chairperson - coordinate donation acquisition efforts

Adult and Kid Sign-up Parties - organize social donation events

Live Auction Items - secure high-value items that generate significant funds

Fine Wine and Dining - curate premium dining and beverage experiences

Teacher Treasures - work with school staff to create unique classroom experiences

Experiences and Getaways - coordinate travel and adventure packages

Event Production

Auction Production Chair - oversee event logistics and execution

Beverage Manager - coordinate bar service and wine selection

Decorations - create themed environment and visual appeal

Food Liaison - coordinate catering and dining experience

Time Commitment

​Varies by role and season. Most positions require 2-4 hours per week during planning phases, with increased commitment closer to the event date.
