Leadership Co-Chair â€‹

 

The Marketing Chair is a champion and advocate of the Foundation that helps:

​​

  • Lead comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for fundraising, recruitment, and awareness

  • Provide consistent and active community communication that strengthens LLEF's investment-grade brand

  • Drive new investor acquisition and increased fundraising growth through creative outreach

  • Establish organizational marketing, branding, and communication initiatives

Overview of Responsibilities

​

  • Contribute marketing and branding expertise to Board and staff strategic planning

  • Attend weekly 1-hour check-in meetings with LLEF Board and staff via Zoom

  • Develop creative market outreach programs that attract new investors, sponsors, and community engagement

  • Create strategies for multiple communication channels including electronic/social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), Spot/Roar newsletters, website, and printed materials

  • Work with Executive Director to evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns

  • Coordinate messaging across Annual Campaign and auction marketing efforts

  • Ensure brand consistency across all LLEF communications and materials

Time Commitment 

 

  • Marketing work intensifies during Annual Giving Campaign (fall) and auction season (spring)

  • Average commitment: 1-3 hours per week throughout the year

  • Seasonal increases during major campaign periods

  • We understand our volunteers have limited time and appreciate any commitment you can make to support the Foundation. We work to ensure your time is used effectively and efficiently.
